We are one of NW Ohio’s only skilled nursing Respiratory Vent Care facilities.  After a longstanding history of caring for nocturnal vent patients, we are now proudly able to offer full-time vent care.

Also, as the nation’s only resource to specialize in a unique bariatric vent care, we seek heroes to join our team and grow with us.  Our care plans are designed to help our patients regain their mobility through specialized physical and occupational therapies, meeting their weight loss and rehab goals and assisting them in successfully returning home.
