When do you accept admissions?
Windsor Lane welcomes admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our Business Office is happy to work with you regarding available payment options. Windsor Lane is certified as a provider of Medicare and Ohio Medicaid. We are an authorized in-network service for most major insurances. In addition, we are an approved provider to many managed care networks. Let us help you determine if coverage is available to help defray the cost of care.
What is the difference between assisted living and skilled nursing care?
Assisted Living is for seniors who do not require constant care but just need a little assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs), such as assistance with eating, bathing, dressing or running errands.
Skilled Nursing is for those who require significant care. Essentially, anyone who may need medically licensed care from a registered nurse 24/7, anyone who requires assistance with daily self-care (eating, bathing, dressing, walking, getting out of bed or a chair, medication management, etc) or requires daily therapy services will need a skilled care setting.
